我的快樂 會回來的

What are you waiting for?

Today is hectic. I have been tweaking the results about growing bacteria and exposing them ozone. There are several factors: bacteria seeded on plates (solid); bacteria suspended in either growth media, in peptone diluent, or in PBS (liquid); ozone applied in gaserous form (gas); ozone bubbled through bacterial suspension (gas/liquid); ozone dissolved in either water, milk or citrate (liquid ozone). I sorted out all the results so they are in a presentable form and printed them out. Stuck the appropriate graphs into the appropriate quadrant. Whew...I can't believe that I have done all these around lunch time.
Found out I don't have to demonstrate this week. YA! YA! But there are heaps and heaps of plates for me to read. YA! YA! Like M said, just treat them as the stars in the sky and that's not so bad, is it? He takes everything face on and that's why I like him. He has got a great attitude! The results look very promising. Found out ozone is inhibiting bacteria growth even though when effluent is used as a medium. Interesting. This means no matter how dirty the water is, ozone can destroy the bacteria in it eventually and inhibit the growth of them. This is not a big news, but certainly helps things a bit.
Won the volleyball game last night. Good to have friends back.
Have to go home now because has finally finish entering the data about milk about effluent.
