New Bookshelf

Fuzzy bought three bookshelf from the secondhand shop in Badder Street. I am very happy about it. Move all my books off the old bookshelf. Vacuum under the bookshelf and wipe the wall clean. Mum and dad moved the shelf in with help of a small cart. Put all the books back to the shelf. It looks so cool. I tidy up my desk. The newspaper cuttings still needs to be glued onto a scrapbook or pieces of paper. I need to find a place to store my dolls.
Experiment is going okay and I am getting some inconsistent results. J suggested that I use a larger volume of liquid to add ozone to. Great advice. I will try it next week.
Labtop is infected by virus. It's entirely my fault. Feeling very guilty right now. Hopefully it will not kill my computer. It is getting cleaned. Sorry, sorry, sorry.
Send the library book back after tidying up the bookshelf. It's scary that I have not notice its presence.
The government has recalculated the greenhouse gas emission and discover that we will have to pay a lot of money because it will not be below the mark. I wonder what other countries will do. I also wonder what we will do. Do we have that much money? The money has got to come from somewhere. What can we do to reduce emission? Less driving? The bicycle will become popular again.

Good to catch up

It's good to catch up with friends from university after the WEB Day. The fire alarm was on so we had to stand in the cold under the tree for a while. Couldn't wait for the cake so drive up to work to count my plates and grew bacteria for tomorrow's experiment.
Mr. L called after fuzzy talked with her friend. He is going to the silk road. Dad told him that the house had been rented out so they are both happy.
It's Wednesday and it's Lost night. Boone died. Sayed's former life had been related again. His friend was sent on a suicide mission, driving a car full of C4. Sayed helped CIA to catch him, but he killed himself. On the island, they buried Boone and Locke is back. Shannon nearly killed Locke. Her relationship with Sayed may be over. Claire's baby wouldn't stop crying until Sawyer read to it. It was really funny! His voice has the soothing effect.
Read The New Hope. Wondering whether I had read it before or not, but definitely had seen the movie. It had been a long time.
Entering data into computer now.

WEB Day

Today is WEB Day. HGH, St. John and Cambridge high school have sent their pupils to university to check out what it is like to be in laboratory and lectures. I am demonstrating for extracting DNA from Kiwi fruit and practice loading dye onto gels. Fun fun fun! The students are not too bad this year. They just need a little bit of guidance.
Bacteria are happily growing in incubator from yesterday. Not much happened.
Watched Mr. and Mrs. Smith and couldn't wait for Fuzzy to be available. She is very busy at the moment.
Hopefully will have some time to grow bacteria at the end of the day for tomorrow's experiment. If not then will have to grow bacteria tomorrow morning and carry out experiment on Friday.

Something to cheer you up

Work is going quite well. Have a meeting for Wednesday's WEB Day. It is a day dedicated to attract students to study science in university. We will demonstrate for labs and answer some questions about student life in Waikato. A guy just wrote me that he wants to swap lab. After some confusion I agree.
Bought new PJ from Sussan. They are on sale. A little bit big, but very warm and cozy.
Watch The Guru. It is very funny, and a little bit sad in the end. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day as I am running two sets of experiments.
Borrow The Mask of Zorro, A New Hope, and The Three Musketeers from city library. Hope that I will have time to read these.

Library

Went to library yesterday to borrow some books. It was a very difficult decision. I chose two romantic novels and one Star Trek novel. A new Warehouse has opened in city. It's packed! However, not a lot of people came out with red bags so it might just be an illusion.
NZ Maori Vs. Lions: 19 to 13. We won. It was a great game, but the first half was a little bit boring because they kept getting penalty shoot outs.
Fuzzy is studying all the time again. Hope everything will be ok for her. She has five exams! >_< I am glad that I don't have any, but I have done all my exams before. I know how study feels like. The pressure is phenomenal.
CSI was about a step mother killing her step daughter so she can inherit the family fortune. A zookeeper killed the bear and a man.
Dancing with the stars was ok. Sean and Norm are going to the final.
WEB Day tomorrow. High school students will flood into Waikato University to see what university is all about. Great. That means we have an opportunity to earn some hard cash.
Start kniting again. Not sure what is wrong. Just needs to check out how to do it.
